Corey Griffin is a dedicated mental health professional with 22 years of specialized experience in trauma, resilience, and perinatal wellness who has spent her entire career serving women. She began her career with a decade in substance use disorder treatment, where she identified adversity and trauma as the primary roots of mental illness. This foundational insight directed her career toward the study and application of resiliency-building techniques.

While earning her master’s in social work, Corey worked with Open Arms Perinatal Services developing programs which resulted in an enduring passion for birth work and matrescence. She spent six years supporting birthing and parenting individuals as a doula and four years as an integrated therapist within an OB-GYN and Midwifery practice. Her clinical expertise is reinforced by formal certifications in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), EMDR, and Lifespan Integration.

For the past 4 years in her private practice, Corey utilizes a holistic approach that considers both internal psychological states and external systemic factors. Her therapeutic framework blends the development of conscious coping skills with the somatosensory integration of past trauma. By focusing on nervous system regulation and providing insight into the systems clients inhabit—past, present, and future—Corey partners with individuals to navigate their unique healing journeys. Her mission is to help clients dismantle old patterns and pave a clear path toward empowerment and enduring resilience.
